Are you on a particular diet
Hi I wanted to know if you follow a particular diet on your life.
It's not necessarily a weight loss diet. It can be a vegetarian diet, an "okinawa diet". You can follow particular diet for diabetes or food allergies...
I try to follow a healthy diet. I'll be honest, i'd like to lose some weight... even if I know I'm not overweight. I don't think I have an ED.
Do you count calories?
I did it the last 2 days...
Friday: 1300
Saturday: 1000
I was really surprised because I thought it would be a loooot more....
Are you insecure about your weight?
I am definitly too insecure about it....

Well, it'll not be a surprise, I have a particular diet. I'm vegetarian, some day vegan (I can easily get rid of milk, eggs, even 100% vegetal margarine). I also try not too eat too much, to eat whole grain bread (but I don't eat a lot of bread), oats more or rice flakes instead of kellogs cereals (full of sugar), and eat a lot of veggis and vegetable.
I don't eat enough calories either...
Personally, I'm thinking about not so much just adopting "The French diet," but more like the French lifestyle approach to food!*
*Let's just say I've been watching a lot of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations. By the way: how accurate is Bourdain's analyses of French culture, let alone Paris? :)
@shochiku@xanga - Hum.. never heard of him in France. i have to make a research first :)
I don't know if there's a particular diet; But it's probably because I live in paris and i've never been to the US in my life. i porbably inconsciously suppose that everyone eat like us. I know that american nd chinese and... let's say african people have different ways of life but it's different to "know" and to "see"
like, i eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, I never eat what you call french fries or fast food and I can't imagine eating fast food more than..; 1/month (even if I dont lol)
the french approach of food... I think it's less "medical" and more "taste".
